Urgent: Urgent: a car bomb explosion in Telskuf

The Assyrian Nation denounces the terrible and tragic accident that struck today, Monday the 23rd of April 2007, at 9:30 am in the morning at Telskuf village, which is one of the Assyrian villages in the Nineveh plain. A car bomb exploded in the middle of the village market in front of the Social club near the elementary school and the incident led to the death of dozens and wounding many of the villagers. It also damaged neighboring shops. They have transported the injured to hospitals in neighboring TelKef, Sheikhan and Dohuk. The incident comes in a series of bloody incidents in Iraq today, which escalate in intensity day after day. May God have mercy on the martyrs of the village and a speedy recovery to the wounded and may peace prevail throughout our beloved Iraq.
